Finance DivisionCFO Sergeant Steven A. Cruze is responsible for overseeing the Finance Division for the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office. The Finance Division manages all financial operations for the agency, including budgeting and financial analysis, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, accounting forfeitures, audits, and cash management. This division provides comprehensive financial tracking to ensure fiscal accountability and transparency. Responsibilities include processing vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring expenditures are drawn from the appropriate budget accounts, and managing payroll for all agency employees. Through these functions, the Finance Division plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and the overall mission of the Sheriff’s Office. |
